What Personal Data Does The App Collect?
When you log into the app, we collect your username and password.
When using the app, we collect your operating model and phone model.
How We Use Your Information
- We use your app log in details to link your with your WiseDriving device and policy in order to provide you with your driving score, journey history and driving accident alerts on your app.
- We may send you notifications through the app to help provide advice and tips to improve your driving score.
Legal Basis
In most cases, the legal basis for our processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or under which you are insured. We may also process information to comply with a legal obligation, or where the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests.
